The Motion Routes User Dashboard is the central hub for managing your account, profile, products, and security settings. This dashboard has been designed with user-friendliness and functionality in mind, ensuring that you can easily navigate and control every aspect of your account. Profile Section
The Profile section allows you to manage and update your personal information, ensuring your account stays accurate and up to date. A well-maintained profile not only represents you or your brand but also ensures smooth interactions with other users and clients.
- Name:
- Your display name is visible across all parts of Motion Routes. It is displayed in your profile, comments, and any customer-facing pages. This name represents your identity on the platform, so choose a name that best reflects you or your brand.
- If you need to change your name, simply enter the desired name in the provided field, then click "Save Changes". The changes will be applied immediately.
- Profile Picture:
- Your profile picture is an important visual identifier that appears across the platform. This is particularly relevant if you're selling products, as customers often connect better with brands that have clear, identifiable visuals.
- Image Guidelines:
- Ensure your image is high quality, preferably 300x300 pixels or higher.
- The image format should be PNG or JPEG for optimal display across various sections of the site.
- Avoid overly complicated images or logos that are difficult to recognize when scaled down.
- To update your profile picture, click on your current image (or placeholder if no image has been uploaded yet) and upload a new file from your device.
- Email Address:
- The email address associated with your account is used for critical account functions, including password recovery, product purchase confirmations, and other important notifications. Make sure this is an email address you regularly check.
- Username:
- Your username is your unique identifier on Motion Routes. Once set, it cannot be changed, so make sure you choose a username that accurately reflects your identity or brand.

My Products Section
The My Products section is where you can view and manage all the products you've purchased or licenses you’ve acquired. This section provides an organized overview of your digital assets, making it easy to keep track of your products and licenses, and manage their activations across devices.
- Purchased Products:
- All of your purchased products are listed in this section, along with important details about each one. This makes it easy to keep track of what you own and when it was purchased.
- Each product will display:
- Product Name: The title of the product as listed on Motion Routes.
- Price: The cost of the product at the time of purchase, which is useful for your financial records or tax purposes.
- Purchase Date: The exact date when you bought the product, which is important if the product has a time-limited license or if you need support.
- Type: The category of the product, such as software, plugin, or digital content.
- License Information: The type of license you’ve purchased (e.g., personal use, commercial use, or extended commercial license).
- Number of Machines: This field shows how many devices the product is currently activated on. If you reach the limit of activations, you can deactivate a device from here to free up a license for use on another machine.
- Product Status:
- Each product has a status indicator that shows whether the product is active or inactive. Active products are those that have been successfully installed and activated, while inactive products may need to be reactivated due to expired licenses or deactivations on other devices.
- Products that are Inactive will have a red label next to them. To reactivate, follow the steps in Managing Purchased Products in Apps Manager.
- Reveal License Key:
- For software products that require a license key for activation, the "Reveal License Key" button will display the key when clicked. Keep this key secure, as it is essential for reinstalling or activating the product on new devices.
- Security Note: Make sure to store your license keys in a secure location and avoid sharing them publicly to prevent unauthorized use.
- Download Product Files:
- For digital products, such as plugins or templates, you can download the product files directly from this section. Simply click on the "Download" button next to the product to retrieve the files. Ensure you have sufficient storage space and a reliable internet connection to avoid any interruptions.
Password Section
The Password section allows you to update your password, an important step for keeping your account secure. It is highly recommended that you regularly update your password, especially if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.
- Current Password:
- Before you can update your password, you must enter your current password to authenticate the change. This is a security measure to ensure that only you can make changes to your account.
- New Password:
- When choosing a new password, make sure it’s strong and secure. Motion Routes requires passwords to have a minimum of 8 characters and encourages using a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
- Password Tips:
- Avoid using common passwords like "password123" or "admin".
- Do not reuse passwords from other websites.
- Consider using a password manager to generate and store complex passwords.
- Confirm New Password:
- Re-enter your new password in the confirmation field to ensure that there are no typos or errors. This ensures that the password you’ve entered is exactly as intended.
- Save Changes:
- Once you’ve entered your current password, new password, and confirmed the new password, click "Save Changes". You will receive a confirmation notification once the update is successful.
